The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) is the first national institutionalized behavioural initiative in Africa supporting government and stakeholders to make behaviourally informed decisions and generate evidence for impact-driven interventions in critical thematic areas (Governance, Health, Gender & Social Inclusion, Education, and Digital & Financial Inclusion). The PIC is positioned to support the delivery of better policies and innovative solutions for high-impact interventions across Africa. The PIC is an initiative of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), a leading think tank in Africa redefining evidence based policy advocacy.

Internship Overview

The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) is offering exciting internship opportunities in a variety of thematic areas: Governance, Health, Gender & Social Inclusion, Education, Innovative Digital Solutions, Agriculture & Livelihoods, Human Resources and Finance. This internship provides hands-on experience to directly support PIC’s mission to promote innovative, sustainable solutions for socio-economic development.

 

Qualifications/Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, development studies, sociology, health, administration, finance, humanities or related disciplines) is required.
  • Maximum of one year post graduation/NYSC.
  • A minimum of a 2.1 academic grade.
  • Good oral and written English skills.
