He is a development professional with over 8 years of experience in governance, public policy, conflict, and research. He is a founding partner of the Centre for Learning & Development, a development consulting firm in Abuja. He holds an MA in Governance, Development and Public Policy from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, United Kingdom. He is a Pan-Africanist and a people-centred policy advocate.
