Exhibition booths will be in the foyer of the event grounds for the 2 days of the Summit. The large open space is where participants and special guests at GS-24 will convene, network, and walk through. As a central space that people are primed to gravitate towards, it will form a centre of attraction and attention, providing visibility and raising awareness for national conveners, public officials, private sector investors, donor agencies, international organisations, multinationals, and other state and non-state development actors attending GS-24. Exhibitors will have the unique opportunity to capture the diverse audience’s attention and help create a dynamic background for event coverage.
Exhibitors are expected to take possession of their allotted booths either the night of Tuesday 3rd September, or early morning of Wednesday 4th September before the Summit opens. The set-up would remain for the 2 days of the Summit. Exhibition booths must always be staffed by at least one organisation representative during the event hours.
Exhibitors will get:
1. Access to all the Summit Sessions
2. Access tags for representatives
3. Installed exhibition booth measuring 2 X 2 meters with 6 panels
4. One table and Two chairs in the booth
5. Exquisite branding of the top bar and the inner walls of the booth (a total of 6 panels)
*Exhibitors can get more than one booth if so desired
